Application for Aid

Forms are not filled for persons under the age of 18.
Forms for the needs of persons under the age of 18 must be filled in on behalf of their parents. The identity and residence certificate is in the name of the parent, and the documents and identity (birth certificate) of the person in need must be brought as an attachment.
A Financial (Social) Form is not filled out for more than one person in a family.
Our forms will be considered valid if they are filled in by the needy people at the aid unit or in person and applied in person to the Charity and Social Affairs Department of the Foundations Administration Nicosia (Central Building). In case of a hand application, people are asked to complete the documents they need to have with them. Otherwise, applications will not be considered.
No real estate repair applications that do not belong to the Awqaf Administration are not received.
Applications for scholarships are not accepted as long as the scholarship quotas are full.
Regardless of the need, aid is provided once a year and is not continuous.
Associations, Institutions and Organizations will not be able to apply for another person.

Monthly payment plan from the school (Semesterly)
Approved debt statement from the school, if any
Payroll of the individuals working in the family
Unemployment certificate for non-working adults (to be obtained from the Labor Department)
High School Diploma if newly enrolled in the university
Official letter from the Dormitory Directorate stating the fee or debt for the persons who will stay in the dormitory
An official letter stating the debt or fee of the institution for course fees
Bank debt statement, if any

Payroll (Pension, Social Services, Labor Department, etc.)
If any parent or individual is not working, an unemployment certificate for the person or persons who are not working from the Labor Department
Residence permit or work permit document for persons who are Turkish citizens
Bank debt statement, if any
Debt bills if the need is for Electricity and Water (Current)
If the Material Form is to be filled out for a person under the age of 18, the Identity, Residence and Bank Iban or Uban number must be in the name of the parent, and the documents for the child's needs must be attached as attachments.

Payslip of how many people work in the family
If there is an adult in the family who does not work, an unemployment certificate to be obtained from the Labor Department
Up-to-date health documents for the health problem
Board report, if any
Prescription of permanently used medication
If the person with a health problem receives a salary, his/her payslip
In applications to be made for treatment, a sealed (official) letter of the treating doctor stating the importance and amount of the treatment process
If the treatment process includes the doctor's identity and bank name, branch and iban and/or uban number
If an application is to be made for a child under the age of 18, the identity, residence and bank information belong to the parent, and the child's birth certificate and/or identity card are required in addition to the health reports.
