Clean Kyrenia Movement Workshop was Held under the Leadership of Evkaf İyilik Volunteers

Evkaf Goodness Volunteers, which are extremely sensitive about environmental pollution today and have made a name for themselves with the environmental cleaning activities they carry out regularly, aim to contribute to society with a larger project this time.

The second step was taken today in the Clean Kyrenia Movement Project, which was created by Evkaf İyilik Volunteers and aims to be sustainable with the contributions of stakeholder institutions.

The workshop of the Clean Kyrenia Movement project, which was created to find a solution to the increasing environmental pollution problem as a result of insensitivity, was held today.

The workshop, organized with the aim of increasing environmental awareness in society, was completed with the suggestions of many expert participants.

All findings collected at the workshop will be put into practice in Kyrenia, which was selected as the pilot region.

Making a statement during the workshop, Foundations General Manager Prof. Dr. İbrahim Benter started his speech by thanking Kyrenia Kindness Volunteers manager Oya Holy for bringing such a useful project to the agenda.

Stating that we can reach a solution as a society with healthy discussions and research, Benter said, there is a spiritual disease: Selfishness. When we are selfish, we cannot notice our surroundings.

He also drew attention to the importance of not being selfish with his statements: "We do not know what great disasters polluting the environment will bring in the short and long term."
