'Accessible Rehabilitation and Living House' comes to life
A cooperation protocol was signed today with the Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf) and other stakeholders in order to implement the Barrier-Free Living House, the foundation of which was laid in 2014, so that disabled people can stay safe and receive rehabilitation support.
Making statements during the program, Evkaf General Manager Prof. Dr. Noting that they accomplished great things when they came together as a society, İbrahim Benter thanked all the supporters who made it possible for the project to be realized.
Stating that Evkaf has been serving disabled people for 452 years, Benter stated that the cooperation provided in reaching the conclusion of a dream whose foundation was laid in 2014 is important.
A first in Cyprus, the Barrier-Free Living House will serve 32 boarders and a total of 120 individuals.
