Exam Announcement about Cyprus Foundations Administration Deputy Director General Staff Vacancies

Persons whose Candidate Numbers are given below, who have applied to the Assistant General Manager Position opened by our Administration and whose applications are approved, will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 10:00, at the Conference Hall of the Cyprus Foundations Administration Construction Branch Office, in the Conference Hall of the Cyprus Foundations Administration Construction Branch Office. They will take the Language Exam. The English Foreign Language Exam will be held only by written method.

The exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions with a total of 100 points, each worth 5 points. Exam Duration: 60 min

Candidates who will take the Written English Foreign Language Exam.

Valid passing grade will be 50 points or more. Those who score below 50 points will be considered unsuccessful.

Candidates who are successful in the English Foreign Language Exam will be entitled to take the Written Proficiency Exam at the Cyprus Foundations Administration Construction Branch Office Conference Hall on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 15:00. The Proficiency Exam will be conducted only by written method. The Written Proficiency Exam consists of a total of 13 questions, including 9 classic questions and 10 multiple-choice questions. Exam Duration is 60 minutes. The exam will be over 100 points. Valid passing grade is 50 points or more. Candidates with less than 50 points will be deemed unsuccessful and cannot participate in the Competition exam.

Written Proficiency Exam Subjects: Chapter 337 Ahkamül Evkaf, 73/1991 Foundations Organization and Department of Religious Affairs (Establishment, Duties and Working Principles) Law, History of Cyprus Foundations, General Issues Related to Foundations.

The Competition Exam will be held only by written method. Candidates who apply from outside the Cyprus Foundations Administration staff and pass the Written Proficiency Exam and candidates who are in the Cyprus Foundations Administration staff must take the Written Competition Exam at the Cyprus Foundations Administration Construction Branch Directorate Conference Hall on Monday, January 30, 2023, at 15:00.

The Written Competition Exam consists of 10 multiple choice questions and 5 classic questions. The total score is 100 points. Exam Duration is 60 minutes.

Candidates in the Written Competition Exam will be ranked according to the success points they have received, starting from the one with the highest score.

Written Competition Exam; Chapter 337 Ahkamül Evkaf will contain the Law 73/1991 on the Organization of Foundations and the Department of Religious Affairs (Establishment, Duties and Working Principles).)

Rules to be followed in the exams:

Candidates must present an original document (TRNC Identity Card or TRNC Passport or TRNC Driving License) that will confirm their identity when entering the Exams.

Candidates are required to bring with them the "RECEIVED CERTIFICATE" with the candidate number given to them during the vacancy application.

Blue Ballpoint Pen will be used in the exams.

Candidates arriving 30 minutes after the exam start time will not be admitted to the exam.

Candidates cannot leave the exam hall in the first 30 minutes of the exams.

Cell phones or any electronic device will not be used in the exams. This and similar devices will be gathered on the supervisor's table in a closed manner.
