Let's Compete in Kindness Social Responsibility Project Competition Has Reached the Final Stage
The Let's Compete in Goodness Social Responsibility Project Competition, which was created with the sponsorship of Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf) and carried out with a total of 50 projects in 35 schools, is completed.
In the competition, where a different school develops activities every day, 19 Mayıs Turkish Maarif College (TMK) students held their activities at the Nicosia Child Protection Activity Center.
19 May TMK students, who participated in the competition with the title of “Social Change Volunteers with Education”, went to Mustafa Çağatay Primary School and Nicosia Child Protection Activity Center in their spare time after school, and the students there were both taught English and supported their education with intelligence games.
Appreciating the efforts of the young people by participating in today's event, Evkaf General Manager Prof. Dr. İbrahim Benter said that the activities created within the scope of Let's Compete in Goodness Social Responsibility Project should set an example for everyone and that young people have accomplished great things under the theme of kindness.
The children participating in the event also stated that they want to support their country by spreading goodness to the society, and that they are happy to be able to help people in need by empathizing.
