The Board of Directors of the Foundations Organization and Religious Affairs Department, with its decision dated 20.08.2020 and numbered K/223/2020, took the following decisions regarding the leasing of the fields belonging to the Foundations Administration.
For the period of 01.09.2020 - 31.08.2021, for the period of 01.09.2020 - 31.08.2021, our tenants whose lease contracts expired on 31.08. decided to renew their contracts for a period of time.
The Foundations Administration will not give priority to those who have an allocation certificate from the State and will not renew the lease agreement for their current tenants for the real estate that it will evaluate for investment purposes.

Within the framework of the above decision, the field tenants of the Foundations Administration, whose lease contracts will expire on 31.08.2020, must come to the Foundations Administration headquarters and/or branches until October 15, 2020 at the latest, to renew their contracts. Otherwise, the field tenants whose contracts are not renewed until 15.10.2020 will lose their aforementioned rights and will have the right to lease the foundation fields in question to other persons within the framework of the legal legislation of the Foundations Administration.
