"100th Anniversary" initiated by the General Directorate of Foundations of the Republic of Türkiye. "1 Million Saplings a Year Project" was also implemented in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Within the scope of the project aiming to increase the number of Foundation Forests, 1500 olive saplings were planted on the foundation land in the Güzelyurt region.

The project, carried out in cooperation with the Cyprus Foundations Administration, Istanbul 2nd Regional Directorate of Foundations and Environmental Organizations Solidarity Association (ÇEKUD), aims to protect foundation lands, make them productive and increase environmental awareness. In addition, it is aimed to support the local economy through olive cultivation, contribute to the fight against climate change and disseminate sustainable agricultural practices.

The project, which draws attention with its environmental and economic contributions, is considered an important step for the green future of TRNC.
