Alara Ghaffari Will Represent Europe at the World Championships

Alara Ghaffari, the national athlete of the Northern Cyprus Billiards Federation, who has made a great success story by competing in the European Championship in the past days, Evkaf General Manager Prof. Dr. He was the guest of İbrahim Benter.

Young athlete Alara Ghaffari, who was introduced to the sport of billiards at the age of 9, has made our country proud by achieving great success in Europe despite being only 18 years old.

The young athlete, who was selected for the European National Team for the first time in 2016, achieved significant success in the European Championships in 2017 and 2022, and continued his success in the 2023 European Youth Billiards Championship held in Slovenia recently.

Ghaffari, who deserved to be 3rd in 10 balls, 2nd in 9 balls and 1st in 8 balls, will participate by representing Europe in the World Championship due to his performance.

Congratulating our young athlete, who achieved an important result in every match he played, Benter stated that even taking part in Europe is a great success, and that as Evkaf, they will always continue to honor our children with the Youth Support Awards.
