EMU Experimental Animals Research and Application Center was put into service with the contributions of Foundations

Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf), which provides equal education opportunities by touching the educational lives of hundreds of university students, continues to support students in receiving a better quality education by supporting higher education institutions.

Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), known for the innovations it offers to the country in the field of science, carries its education quality to a higher level with the support of Foundations.

With the support provided, the "Experimental Animals Research and Application Center" was established within the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, who gave various information about the Experimental Animals and Application Center during the opening. Assoc. Dr. Emre Hamurtekin said that with the center created, drug research can be carried out on living organisms on the island.

It was also stated that in vivo drug research will be conducted at the center before clinical studies.
