The traditional iftar tables organized every year by the Cyprus Foundations Administration and the Development and Economic Cooperation Office (BSEC) of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Nicosia are bringing citizens together from all over the island this Ramadan.

The fixed iftar tables set up in a total of 21 locations in the districts of Nicosia, Kyrenia, Güzelyurt, Gazimağusa, İskele and Lefke are welcoming those who want to share the abundance of Ramadan. In addition, the spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan is also conveyed to the masses with temporary iftar tables organized in different regions every day.

As part of the Bridge of Hearts project, village visits are made and people are invited to iftar tables. Thanks to this project, which aims to strengthen the spirit of sharing and solidarity, the spiritual values ​​of Ramadan are kept alive and various gifts are presented to citizens.

As in every year, this year too, iftar tables bring together different segments of society and strengthen the bonds of tolerance and love.
