Our KKTC Vakıflar Wheelchair Basketball Team, competing in the Turkish Wheelchair Basketball Super League, held its first training session as part of its preparations for the 2026-2027 season.

This season, our team will take to the court not only to compete, but also to honor the memory of those who lost their lives in the Filo Jet tragedy, to share our grief, and to strengthen our solidarity.

Every point, every struggle, and every step will be an expression of the respect we feel for those we lost, the responsibility we feel towards those left behind, and our determination to grow stronger together.

We wish our team success in the new season and wholeheartedly support all our athletes and technical staff.
