İbrahim Benter: Decisions to be taken regarding Covered Maraş should be taken according to the TMK
Evkaf General Manager, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Benter said that the steps to be taken in the region should be taken according to the Immovable Property Commission regarding the allegations that the hotels in Covered Maraş were sold to Turkish Cypriot business people.
Stating that closed Maraş is a serious problem because there were wrong eras in the British period, İbrahim Benter said, “Maybe it is good that it is resolved in this way, we look at it positively.”
Stating that the steps to be taken must be in accordance with both local and international laws, Benter said, "For the transaction to be accepted, it must pass through the Immovable Property Commission." Benter said, "The Immovable Property Commission made the foundations a party to the applications because it saw that we have a right in the results of their examination of the documents submitted by the foundations and the Ottoman-British cobs."
