Cyprus Foundations Administration (Evkaf), which provides support to students and educational institutions with its contributions to the field of education, expands its assistance with meaningful collaborations. In this context, the rector of Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), one of the most established educational institutions in our country, Prof. Dr. Hasan Kılıç and Foundations General Director Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer came together for new projects. During the meeting, it was stated that the war in the Gaza region had a negative impact on Palestinian students studying at TRNC universities. For this reason, it was decided to cooperate in order to provide financial aid to Palestinian students studying at EMU and experiencing financial difficulties so that they can continue their education. Evkaf and EMU, the two most established institutions on the island, will continue their activities with various collaborations such as research and project supports that aim to touch the lives of more students.
