The Cyprus Evkaf Administration's first comprehensive academic work on foundations was presented to Minister Ertuğruloğlu.

The book, titled "Turkish Cypriot Foundations and Foundation Culture in Their Legal Dimensions," prepared in collaboration between the Cyprus Evkaf Administration and Ankara Social Sciences University (ASBÜ) and published in Turkish and English, was presented to Minister of Foreign Affairs Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu.

This book, the first comprehensive academic work on foundations by the Cyprus Evkaf Administration, addresses the Turkish Cypriot foundation heritage from legal, historical, and cultural perspectives, aiming to create a lasting reference source for future generations. Published in Turkish and English, the work also aims to contribute to the inclusion of Turkish Cypriot foundation heritage in international academic literature.

The book's presentation was attended by the Director General of the Cyprus Evkaf Administration, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer, the Rector of Ankara Social Sciences University (ASBÜ), Prof. Dr. Enver Arpa, and the Vice Rector of ASBÜ, Dr. [Name]. Professor Zeki Akçam visited Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu in his office to inform him about his book.

The book, which examines the tradition of foundations from the Ottoman period to the present day from a scientific perspective, includes assessments of the legal status of Turkish Cypriot foundations, the historical development of foundation properties, the place of foundation culture in social life, and its international legal dimension. Prepared with the contributions of numerous academics, the work serves as an important reference source in the fields of history, law, and Cyprus studies.

During the visit, discussions also took place regarding the development of academic cooperation between the Cyprus Evkaf Administration and Ankara Social Sciences University, and increasing scientific studies on the Turkish Cypriot foundation heritage.
