Turunçlu Mosque, located in Lefkoşa İplik Pazarı Neighborhood, was built by Cyprus Governor Seyyid Mehmed Ağa in 1240 (1825), according to its construction inscription.

The sanctuary section, which has a transverse rectangular plan, is divided into five stages with four rows of arches carrying the wooden ceiling in the north-south direction. The mihrab and pulpit of the building show baroque features. The narthex, which surrounds the north and west of the sanctuary from the outside in an "L" shape, has ten pointed arches resting on eight squat columns. The stone minaret in the northeast corner of the mosque has a single balcony.
