The Rector of Ankara Social Sciences University (ASBU), Prof. Dr. Musa Arıcan, and the Rector of ASBU TRNC, Prof. Dr. Enver Arpa, visited Prof. Dr. Mustafa Tümer, the Director General of the Cyprus Evkaf Administration.

During the visit, detailed discussions were held on potential collaborations between the two esteemed institutions, joint educational projects, and the upcoming "International Symposium on Turkish Cypriot Foundations from a Legal Perspective" scheduled for November.

The symposium, which will be held on November 7-8-9, 2024, at the ASBU TRNC Campus in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, aims to address issues related to Turkish foundations established since 1571. The program will examine topics from the perspectives of international law, international relations, foundation law, Islamic law, and the history of foundations. Additionally, the aim is to reevaluate these subjects in light of the rising global values of the 21st century and to present new scientific data.
