We Remember Our Late Leader Dr. Fazıl Küçük with Respect, Mercy, and Gratitude

April 15, 1956, is a significant turning point in the struggle for rights, freedoms, and existence of the Turkish Cypriot people.

On this meaningful date, we remember with respect, mercy, and gratitude all our comrades in struggle, especially our late leader Dr. Fazıl Küçük, who spearheaded the process of the Foundations being taken over by the Turkish Cypriot people and whose efforts were instrumental in the successful conclusion of this struggle.

This struggle played a historic role in restoring the foundation culture to its original mission and strengthening the institutional presence of the Turkish Cypriot people.

With the strength we derive from the past, we consider it our most important responsibility to uphold this legacy and pass it on to future generations.
